What does the course include?
The first time skiing or riding experience is especially important and our experienced instructors are trained to providing a safe, nurturing environment for anyone experienceng the activity and understand that extra guidance, confidence, emotional security and encouragement is needed especially for children.
Once you have changed into your wetsuit, we start you on land, teaching the fundamentals of safety, body position and technique. Once the instructor and student are confident in understanding the basics on land, we move on to the water.
We use a static training bar positioned on the side of the boat to offer stability for the first time skier, which allows the instructor to watch the student closely and give continuous instruction. Once the instructor is confident that the student has mastered the skiing/riding position, the next stage is use the technique on to the long line behind the boat.
You will have two fifteen minute lessons and you will naturaly progress during each session.
Liquid Leisure is committed to making your first time experience a fun and memorable one, but watch out and be aware waterskiing can be very addictive!
Individual lessons are £25 each however we do recomend our beginer course which is 2 lessons to be taken in one day plus land tuition to ensure the best enjoyment from your participation on the water. The course is 2 x 12 minuite sets and cost just £40! book now and it makes a fantastic birthday or Xmas present!
